About the event

A high proportion of successful entrepreneurs are neurodivergent — perhaps not surprising, given that successful startups thrive on a unique vision, breakthrough products, and extraordinary execution.

Dyslexia can bring valuable strengths to innovation, including problem-solving, pattern recognition, big-picture thinking, and the ability to see things from alternative perspectives.

But with every superpower comes a kryptonite — don’t ask a fish to climb a tree. The challenge (and opportunity) is to build blended startup teams that complement, empower, and amplify these exceptional abilities.
