As your venture develops, these strategic components will need to be strengthened and refined. In this session, we’ll explore how early-stage startups in life sciences can proactively prepare for market access, long before regulatory approval or reimbursement decisions.
Participants will look at three critical aspects:

Understanding your target market is fundamental. We’ll explore how your patient and therapeutic segment choice affects market access. Where is the unmet need greatest? Which segment is most aligned in terms of doctor interest, patient engagement, and openness from payers or HTA bodies? How do you find out?
