Strategic consulting for small or large structures covers: business model validation, positioning in the global value chain, value proposition definition and assessment, establishment of strategic and operational processes, and value network analysis and monitoring. H3oC better outlines its core competencies in some of the projects it has delivered over the last few years. These though do not represent an exhaustive list of activities.
H3oC was instrumental in designing and managing transnational frameworks and projects, for instance, in:
- Microtechnology and electronics (mind-microtech);
- Defining housing and neighbourhoods that will have sufficient, high quality, sustainable homes within an economically prosperous, green, supportive and cohesive borough (eco-obs).
FONGIT also elected H3oC to:
- Tutor an engineering company to optimize its operations, processes, and market strategy, and value its core technology accordingly;
- Assist the incubator in refining its strategy in green technologies.
H3oC was also mandated by Swiss, French speaking cantons to determine the viability of a Cleantech cluster in Western Switzerland. Its report facilitated this network to become the gateway to Cleantech in western Switzerland, as it supports the development of its companies and research organizations, and promotes the region as a European center of excellence for clean technologies (cleantech-alps).
